- Each week we will explore a theme dedicated to the practice of self-love.
- Daily rituals will be posted in the community and emailed out to all attendees.
- Community space where we can all come together and practice.
- Weekly Group Self-Love Ceremonials – 90 minutes of Self-Love Ceremony offered twice to make sure everyone can make at least one session. These will be on Zoom.
- These will be recorded and made available to all participants.
Daily Rituals which include one or more of:
- 7-minute recorded breathwork practice
- Writing prompts
- Vocalizations
- Movement
